Reduce form clutter with informative pop-up ToolTips (2000/2002/2003)

ToolTips on forms are great for displaying additional information about a control. You can have text pop up displaying information for users when they mouse over a text box or other control. For example, you might create a ToolTip for a State field to remind the user that he should enter the abbreviation for the state instead of the complete state name.

To create a ToolTip for a form field:
