If you frequently print presentations as handouts, you can quickly tire of selecting print options every time you print. Fortunately, you can save your customized print options to a template and avoid the repetitive steps.
To save print options to a template:
- Create a new, blank presentation and then select Tools | Options. Click on the Print tab of the Options dialog box, shown in Figure A.
