Do you offer previews or rentals for videos?
Unfortunately, no – our videos and audios are for purchase only and do require prepayment.

What payment methods do you accept?
We will accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or check.

How are your products delivered?
We use United Parcel Service and the United States Postal Service.

What is the normal delivery time?
Depending on availability, delivery is usually 7 to 10 days.

Can I purchase single issues or back issues of newsletters?
Yes, please contact Customer Service for pricing and availability.

May I reprint your material or portions of the materials?
Our products are copyrighted. Please call 1-800-223-8720 to obtain reprint permission.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we do offer special discounts for bulk subscriptions and multiple copy subscriptions. Please contact us for further information.

What is my account number and where may I find it?
Your account number (or customer number) appears on every invoice or statement you receive and on your mailing label above your name. You can also contact Customer Service for your account number.

How may I change my name, address or other contact information?
