Is Your Staff Ready To Lead?

Many of your employees need you to lead them, but some of them may be ready to lead others.

Ask those workers to take this quiz to help you evaluate their leadership potential:

If your employee scored:

9-20 points: This employee isn’t quite ready to take on leadership duties. Give him more responsibility in the team environment before you try to increase his management duties.

20-30 points: Your employee is on his way to being leadership material. Develop his skills with a leadership seminar or by increasing his responsibility.

30-45 points: This worker is a natural leader who is ready to take on the challenges of a management-level position. You can get him started by delegating some of your easier tasks to him, such as creating a daily schedule or planning the next group meeting.
